Studio Policies

Payment is due at the beginning of every lesson, paint night, or workshop. 

All classes include materials unless otherwise noted. An additional materials fee may apply. 

There will be a $35 fee for checks returned from the bank.

Children under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian prior to taking part in any class or workshops.

Children may not accompany adults to classes of any kind.

Gift Certificates are non-transferable. 

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Hold Harmless Agreement
Participants of art lessons, classes, workshops, art parties and any other related activities of any type agree to hold harmless For the Love of Art, it’s officers, instructors, volunteers, agents and assigns from any and all liability for any damage or injuries arising from the party’s participation in art lessons, classes, workshops, art parties and any other related activities of any type provided by and/or at For the Love of Art, Art & Photography Studio.

Photography Release Waiver
Each participant of art lessons, classes, workshops, art parties and any other related activities of any type is given the option to agree or disagree to having photographs taken of themselves or their work for use in publications both written and electronic.

Covid-19 Liability Release Waiver
The World Health Organization has declared the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)  a worldwide pandemic. Due to its capacity to transmit from person-to-person through respiratory droplets, the government has set recommendations, guidelines, and some prohibitions which For the Love of Art adheres to comply.
